Contract Services

CITES has defined two types of workstation support contracts, as well as installation and hourly services, in response to requests from workstation owners who wish to have someone perform system installation and maintenance tasks for them.

People who have large servers or workstations with special needs, such as database services, a large or diverse user population, or complex third-party software requirements, may not fit within these defined contracts, and may require a customized agreement.
