Voice Mail and Call Processing Services
There are currently two voice mail systems on campus: the new Unified Communications system, and the legacy Centrex system.
UC voice mail
Faculty, staff, and graduate students are eligible for Unified Communications services, including voice mail.
To find out whether you have an active Unified Communications account, use your NetID and AD password to log in to MyUC.
If you have an active Unified Communications account, you can access your voice mail through Unified Communications via Lync. See UC Voice Mail for more information.
Forwarding your legacy Centrex phone to Lync
You can forward your old Centrex phone line to your new Lync account so that you'll have just one place to check your voice mail. See Forwarding your Centrex phone to Lync for more information.
