CITES Service Request Management will assist you in designing a telephone system to meet your unit's needs. Both single-line and multi-line telephone service, as well as extensions, are offered. Telephone features and associated charges are provided below.
Telephone features
Many features come standard on both single- and multi-line telephones. Other features must be requested and require activation codes. On multi-line phones, some features require designated buttons.
Voice stations
$22.60 plus tax/per month. The charge applies to both single- and multi-line stations connected individually to the telephone system. Installation charge: $65 per line plus time/materials if a new phone jack/wiring is required.
Extensions
$3.00 per month. These are single-line stations wired as extensions, which share a telephone number and line with the main station. Installation charge: $25 per extension plus time/materials if a new phone jack/wiring is required.
Feature programming
$5.00 for single-line telephones, $8.00 for multi-line telephones. Feature programming charges apply when adding, deleting, or changing features on an existing line, such as call forwarding, call pick-up, speed calling, long-distance restrictions, intercom groups, and more.
