Training
Instructional brochures and telephone templates are available for voice mail and single- and multi-line phones. Many common questions about telephones and service features are answered in our brochures. Brochures and telephone templates are available in the Service Request Management office in 1110 DCL. Telecommunications Unit Coordinators may call 333-1161 to order the quantity their unit requires.

CITES Service Request Management also offers free on-site training for large groups or unique applications.
Consulting
For large projects such as new buildings, major remodeling, or office reorganizations, a communications consultant can be assigned to work with your unit and meet with your project managers.
