Info icon Changes to cellular service

On January 17, 2012, CITES must deactivate existing University-provided cellular services that that do not comply with the University's Office of Business and Financial Services (OBFS) new policy on Mobile Communications Equipment and Related Services for University Business.  There are other deadlines that precede the January deactivation date. Please see Changes to CITES Cellular Services Provisioning for further information.

Please contact your CITES Unit Coordinator to order new services or to modify existing services. Each academic and administrative unit on campus assigns a CITES Unit Coordinator that is authorized to place CITES Service Requests for that unit.

If your unit needs monthly or ad-hoc reports regarding service requests or billing statements, you should authorize one or more staff member(s) for advanced reporting access.
