SMTP-Secure Retirement!

Smtp-secure.illinois.edu has been retired. The functionality has been replaced with smtp.illinois.edu on Exchange 2010. We  have made it a CNAME in DNS for smtp.illinois.edu so that most users will not be impacted, but there have been some changes in the service:

• The Exchange 2007 server allowed connections on port 25 with TLS, but Exchange 2010 only works on port 587
• The Exchange 2007 server allowed sending as anything as long as you authenticated as a real user, Exchange 2010 will only let you send as the user you authenticate as

How to use SMTP instead?
