Description

Teleconferencing allows groups of people to hold meetings or collaborate over the telephone. Two types of teleconference services are available. With Operator Conference, a campus operator individually contacts and connects up to 29 people. The Meet-Me Conference provides a special telephone number that up to 59 people can call in order to join the conference. Meet-Me teleconferences have the option of being toll-free for the callers.

Who can use this service

Campus faculty, staff, and allied agencies

When the service is available for use

Hours:

7:30 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Monday through Friday
(Over campus vacations, the service is available from 8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.)

The service is available at other times by prior arrangement.
