Description

Iris allows network administrators to manage their ports on CITES-managed multi-VLAN switches, and view traffic-related statistics or search for specific MAC addresses on their network(s).

Who can use this service

Campus IT Professionals who are listed in Contact Manager with 'Switch Mgmt' authority.

When the service is available for use

Supported Service Hours:
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday

Extended Service Hours:
5:00 P.M. to 5:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
Weekends (excluding the Maintenance Hours listed below)

Maintenance Hours:
5:30 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. Monday through Friday
5:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Saturday
5:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Sunday

What you must have in order to use the service

  • Computer with network connection
  • Web browser that supports 128 bit encryption (most recent web browsers have this capability).
  • You must be listed in Contact Manager with 'Switch Mgmt' authority
