Reset Your Wireless Password in the Keychain of Your Mac OS X Computer, Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad
Your NetID password will expire after one year. You may also lose or forget your password. When this happens, you will be required to reset your password with CITES' Password Manager. This process may also change your Active Directory Password, which is needed to log on to IllinoisNet Wireless. For this reason, if you use OS X 10.7 (Lion), OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), an iPhone, an iPod Touch, or an iPad, you should probably reset your wireless networking credentials in your Keychain application whenever you change your NetID password with CITES' Password Manager.
NOTE: If you reset your NetID password using CITES' Password Manager and do not reset your wireless password in your Keychain application, you may find it difficult or impossible to log back on to IllinoisNet Wireless.
For more information about your NetID password and password expirations, see CITES' Annual NetID Password Expiration page.
