CITES offers two paging services. Pocket paging allows you to receive numeric or alphanumeric messages, while email paging delivers email messages to your pager through the Email Paging Gateway. For more information, see the pages below.

Pocket Paging

Pocket paging delivers messages over airwaves to your pager. Your pager constantly monitors a radio frequency for message tagged with your specific identification code and alerts you when a message is available.

Email Paging Gateway

The Email Paging Gateway accepts email addressed to NetID@pager.uiuc.edu and forwards it to the pager number associated with the NetID in the Electronic Directory.
