CITES > Summer ScheduleHours for the various CITES facilities may vary from the norm during summer break, which begins Monday, May 14, 2007 and ends Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2007, the first day of classes for the Fall 2007 semester. There are two University holidays during this period: Memorial Day, Monday, May 28; and Wednesday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.

| CITES Administration | The CITES Business Office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. |

| CITES Help Desk | The CITES Help Desk (1211 DCL) will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for in-person and phone consultation. See the CITES Help Desk homepage for details on how to contact them. |
| Classroom Technologies | CITES Class Tech may be reached at 217-333-8165 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and via classtech@uiuc.edu |

| Op Center | The CITES Operations Center will function continuously, 24 hrs./day 7 days/week, during the summer. |
| OnSite Consulting | OnSite Consulting is available from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for the University holidays, and by appointment. Call 333-8628 or email onsite@uiuc.edu. |
| Telecommunications | The Campus Information Operators will be available between 8:00 a.m and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may reach the operators at 333-1000. |
| The Service Request Management Office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The phone number is 333-1161. | |
