This is the first year of the new Daylight Saving Time (DST) rules. Although Oracle Calendar was patched in March 2007 to recognize the new DST dates, meetings created before March 2007 may not have been corrected. Microsoft Exchange users may have a similar window of vulnerability.

If you created a meeting in Oracle Calendar before March 2007 that will occur during the week of Oct 29-Nov 2, then that occurence will appear in your calendar one hour later than planned.

Campus administrative staff fixed most of these meetings by hand when the patch was applied, but some may have been missed. Remember to check your personal calendars carefully during that week!
