2006 Thanksgiving Vacation Schedule

Hours for the various CITES facilities may vary from the norm during the Thanksgiving Vacation, which begins Saturday, November 18, 2006 and ends Sunday, November 26, 2006. Instruction resumes Monday, November 27. There are two University holidays during this period: Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24. No classes are held on these days and all CITES offices and facilities are closed.

CITES Administration	The CITES administrative offices (2222 DCL) will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of the University holidays.

Classroom Technologies	CITES ClassTech may be reached at 217-333-8165 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, and via classtech@uiuc.edu.
Educational Technologies	CITES EdTech will be open 8:30 a.m.. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday. To contact CITES EdTech, call 333-1078 or send email to edtech@uiuc.edu.
Engineering Workstations (EWS)	Please see the listing of EWS hours.
Instructional Computing Sites (ICS)	Please see the listing of ICS hours.
OnSite Consulting	On-site consulting will be open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and by appointment, Monday, Nov. 20 through Wednesday, Nov 22. No Mac consulting during that time. Call 333-8628 or send email to onsite@uiuc.edu.
OpCenter	The CITES Operations Center will function continuously, 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week, during Fall break.
Telecommunications	Campus Information Operators will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday, November 20 through Wednesday, November 22. You can reach the operators at 333-1000.
	For CITES teleconference services, please dial 333-0133 or send email to teleconference@uiuc.edu to reach the Chief Operator. After-hours and holiday conferences can be arranged.
	The Service Request Management Office will be open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday. The phone number is 333-1161.
Training Center	The Training Center (029 Illini Hall) will be open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday.
