LDAP Service Support

CITES provides the following support for its LDAP service:
User support
The CITES Help Desk provides assistance to LDAP users who have questions or problems related to using LDAP with their email clients.
System support
The LDAP server is available at all times except during scheduled system maintenance, which may occur during the CITES standard test times. If you notice any server problems outside the scheduled test times, please notify the CITES Operations Center at 217-244-1000 or net-trouble@uiuc.edu.
CITES also maintains a fully replicated backup server that is available at all times.
Service management
LDAP is supported by a CITES service manager Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
