After Dec 29th the Lync Web App will no longer work in the Google Chrome browser. Google Chrome is ceasing its support of a browser interface (API) that is necessary for the Lync Web App to function.

CITES is pleased to announce a new feature on our Lync system called Call Park. This feature gives Lync users the ability to place active calls in a holding queue, or “Parking Lot”, where they can be retrieved using a special number displayed by Lync.
