PLEASE NOTE: Due to space and staffing constraints, the Help Desk will not be able to look at laptops between the dates of August 17, 2009 and September 7, 2009. Those who need help repairing their computer can contact OnSite Consulting, a fee-based service that sends a consultant to your dorm, home or office.
