CITES Help Desk

The CITES Help Desk provides phone, email, walk-in and online chat consulting for CITES services and other computing needs to students, staff, faculty and other affiliates of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. If you are affiliated with the Chicago (UIC) or Springfield (UIS) campus, please contact their respective IT help desks.

The CITES Help Desk no longer changes NetID passwords by fax. One way to avoid having to come into the Help Desk to reset a forgotten password is by setting up your CITES Security Questions now.

The Help Desk looks at laptops by appointment only. Please call ahead to ensure that your 30 minute time slot can be reserved. Also note that the Help Desk cannot schedule appointments past 4:30 PM.
