Location

The CITES Help Desk is in Room 1211 of the Digital Computer Lab (DCL). DCL is located on the corner of Springfield and Matthews Avenues at 1304 W. Springfield, Urbana, Illinois.

The Help Desk is directly on your right if you enter through the southwest doors adjacent to Kenney Gym. The southwest and southeast entrances have accessible doors that open automatically.

Transportation

Bus: The 12 Teal, 13 Silver, 22 Illini, 27 Air Bus, Yellow Hopper, and Gold Hopper all have stops within a block of DCL. See the Champaign-Urbana MTD web site for schedule and route information.

Bicycle: Bike racks are located to the north of DCL.

Car: Metered parking is available along Springfield Avenue, Matthews Avenue, and Wright Street.
