The CITES Help Desk provides walk-in, phone, online chat, and email consulting for CITES services and other computing needs.

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
Laptop Support: Room 1211 Digital Computer Lab
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
The Help Desk looks at laptops by appointment only. Please call ahead to ensure that a timeslot can be reserved. Also note that the Help Desk cannot schedule appointments past 4:30 PM.
