CITES Help Desk
The CITES Help Desk provides phone, email, walk-in and online chat consulting for CITES services and other computing needs to students, staff, faculty and other affiliates of the Univeristy of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. If you are affiliated with the Chicago (UIC) or Springfield (UIS) campus, please contact their respective IT help desks.
News
As of August 15, campus will no longer be able to change forgotten NetID passwords by fax. One way to avoid having to come into the CITES Help Desk to reset a forgotten password is by setting up your CITES Security Questions now.

The Help Desk looks at laptops by appointment only. Please call ahead to ensure that your 30 minute timeslot can be reserved. Also note that the Help Desk cannot schedule appointments past 4:30 PM.
