Consultations
Our consultants have years of experience supporting 1000s of instructors of every discipline from across campus. Drawing upon current teaching and technology research, insights gleaned from peer institutions, and hands-on collaboration with instructors, CITES EdTech consultants can quickly assess your teaching and learning goals and suggest proven strategies and practices to facilitate and enhance how you employ technology in your teaching. Facilities
DCL Collaboration Space
CITES EdTech has a smaller conference room/collaboration space adjoining the consultant’s offices. Within this space we have mobile task tables and chairs (seating for up to twelve when configured as a conference table), a dry erase board, projector and screen, a 21” iMac computer with video capture equipment, color and B&W networked printers. One walk-up network jack and wireless network service makes this space an attractive option for scheduling meetings or working with EdTech staff in a short term basis.

Illini Hall room 23 is CITES Educational Technologies' new training and course development lab. Illini Hall is equipped to allow CITES EdTech staff to deliver software training and professional development activities to faculty and staff. It is also designed to enable EdTech staff to collaborate and consult with faculty/staff to successfully integrate technology into their teaching practices.
Technology in the Classroom
Classrooms with Audiovisual and Computer Equipment
These classrooms, also known as "smart classrooms" or classrooms with Integrated Teaching Systems (ITS), are equipped with AV and computer equipment.
Computer Labs
Campus labs that are usually open to all students, faculty, and staff can be reserved for instructional use.

Customized Offerings
