CIMS Premium Service

CITES is always looking for ways to help customers in a timely manner. In this spirit, the Cabling Installation and Maintenance Services (CIMS) Group now offers a Premium Service for customers who need emergency services. Due to external factors, such as the possibility of needing to work with vendors, turn-around time can only be determined on a case-by-case basis.
The rate for the Premium Service is time and a half ($71.25/hour). If the emergency order involves data connections instead of or in addition to voice lines, there may be an additional charge to cover the time spent by networking personnel at $80/hour.
